At Sana Property Consultants, we work out of a small place at S No 4 in the Vasant Kunj Sector-A, Pocket-C Market. It’s a decent spot right in the main market area, so there’s always something going on outside our door. The market is where everything happens in this part of Vasant Kunj. We’ve been here for some time now, and we know most of the other shopkeepers around us. Our office isn’t much to look at, just a room with some chairs and a big table where we spread out our maps and papers. It can get pretty crowded on market days when everyone is out and about. We usually start the day by cleaning up the front and checking the messages we missed. People drop in all the time, sometimes just to chat or ask about a specific block in the pocket. It’s a very local kind of environment. We don’t use any big marketing tactics or fancy brochures. Mostly, it’s just us talking to people and trying to help them find what they need in the neighborhood. The Sector-A area has its own rhythm, and we’re just a small part of it. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook, and other times it’s quiet for hours. We just stay here, drink our tea, and wait to see who comes by next. It’s a simple way to run a business, and it suits us just fine.
