Saksham Group

Our head office is at 349/65 in Kapashera. It’s right in the middle of a very busy part of town. We’ve been based here for a long time. Saksham Group does a bit of everything, but security is a big part of it. We have a lot of people coming in and out of this office every day. Some are looking for jobs and others are existing staff checking their schedules or picking up their uniforms. It gets pretty loud sometimes with all the talking. We don't have fancy furniture or a big reception area. It's a practical space. We manage several teams from here. It takes a lot of coordination to make sure everyone is where they need to be. We know the Kapashera area very well. We’ve seen it grow and change over the years. We don't really use big words or fancy pitches. We just tell people what we can do and then we try to do it. It’s a straightforward way to run things. Sometimes things go wrong, like someone getting sick, and we have to scramble to fix it. That's just part of the daily grind. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished image. We just work hard and stay local. That’s how we’ve always done it. We usually have some tea around 4 PM and talk about the next day's plans. It's a busy life.
