Saga Department Stores Ltd.

Our address is G-1962 in Laxmi Bai Nagar, right here in New Delhi. We are involved with Saga Department Stores, but this particular location is much more about the management and the back-end side of things than the actual shopping. It is not like the big, bright shopping floors with rows of clothes and goods that you might expect when you hear the name. Instead, it is an office where we keep track of our inventory, talk to our different suppliers, and manage the general day-to-day operations of the stores. The building we are in is a bit older and has a very lived-in feel to it. We have boxes of samples and piles of paperwork spread across the tables on most days of the week. Laxmi Bai Nagar is a pretty central area, which makes it easy for us to get to different parts of the city when we need to. We have a small team working here and we have mostly all known each other for a long time. It is not a stiff corporate environment with a lot of strict rules; we just stay focused on getting the work done so that the stores can run properly. Sometimes we are on the phone for hours trying to sort out a delivery that has gone missing or is running late. Other times, it is quiet and we are just catching up on our filing. We do not have a flashy entrance or even a receptionist. If you come by, you will just see us at our desks working away.
