Our shop is tucked away at Plot No. 4614-15 in Gali Satara, which is right by Ajmeri Gate. It’s one of those narrow streets that’s always crowded with people and carts moving around. We’ve been here for a long time now, and the place is basically packed from floor to ceiling with safety gear. We have rows of hard hats, reflective vests, work gloves, and boots everywhere you look. It’s a bit of a squeeze to get around the shop sometimes because we try to keep a lot of stock ready for when people stop by. Many of our customers are workers from nearby sites who just need a new pair of gloves or a helmet. We don't have a fancy showroom with glass cases or anything like that. It’s just a regular old building with brick walls and some metal shelves. It gets pretty dusty because of all the activity on the street outside, but we try to keep things organized enough so we can find what a customer needs quickly. There’s just a few of us working here, and we know the inventory pretty well. We don't spend money on big ads or anything. People mostly find us because we’ve been in the same spot for so many years. It’s just a basic business where we provide the gear people need for their daily jobs. Sometimes we stay open a bit later if a regular customer calls us from a job site nearby.
