We have been operating S S V Spectrum Marketing & Serviceng Pvt Ltd from our place in Ganesh Nagar for a while now. The address is C-40 in the Pandav Nagar Complex, which is a busy area most days of the week. It isn't a fancy corporate office with glass walls or expensive furniture. Mostly, it’s just a few desks, some old filing cabinets that don't always open right, and a lot of paperwork piled up on the shelves. We handle marketing and servicing for different things, and the phone starts ringing pretty early in the morning. Sometimes the traffic outside gets so loud we have to close the windows just to hear the person on the other end of the line. Our team is small, and we’ve all known each other for years, so we don't have many secrets. We don't really bother with big advertisements or fancy websites because most people find us just by walking past the shop or hearing about us from a neighbor. It’s a practical way to work. We spend a lot of time just trying to stay organized and making sure the service requests are being handled correctly. Usually, there’s a pot of tea going in the corner, and we take turns going out to get snacks from the small shop downstairs. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Delhi. We just want to do our job, get through the day, and make sure we can open up again tomorrow morning. It’s simple work, but it’s what we know.
