Reshu Advertising Pvt. Ltd. is based out of room 815 in the Indra Prakash building on Barakhamba Road. If you know Delhi, you know that being in Connaught Place means we are right in the middle of everything. The building is one of those older high-rises that has been around for a long time. The elevators can be a real test of patience, especially in the mornings when everyone is rushing to their offices. Inside our space, it’s mostly just desks covered in papers and people working on their computers. Being an advertising firm, there’s always some deadline we are chasing or some layout that needs to be looked at. It can get a bit frantic when a big project is due. We hear the sounds of the city all day—horns honking and the general bustle of CP. Sometimes we go downstairs for a quick tea or to walk around the inner circle when we need a break from the screens. The office isn't anything fancy, just a functional space where we get the work done. We’ve got stacks of old magazines and sample prints sitting in the corners. It’s a bit cramped but it works for us. Getting here on the Metro is the easiest way since parking in this part of New Delhi is basically impossible. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily grind of the ad world.
