Siya Creations

We’re located on the second floor at B-6/240 in Sector 5, Rohini. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, especially when we’re carrying rolls of fabric or boxes of supplies. The room gets a lot of light in the afternoon which helps when we are working on the fine details. Siya Creations is mostly just a bunch of sewing machines and cutting tables. There’s usually some thread on the floor that we forgot to sweep up. We’ve been in this part of Rohini for a bit now and the neighbors are used to the hum of the machines. It’s not a showroom where everything is perfect. It’s a workspace. We have patterns pinned to the walls and scrap fabric piled in the corners. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that’s just how it is. We do our own thing here without a big boss watching over us. It started small and it’s still pretty small, which is fine for us. People come by to see how their orders are coming along and we usually have a chat. We aren't trying to be some big fashion house. We just like making things that look good and last. It gets a bit hot in the summer, but the fans keep us going. We just focus on the work right in front of us until the sun goes down and then we lock up for the night.
