S K Gupta & Co is located in the Naraina Loha Mandi area, specifically at X-35A. If you know the Loha Mandi, you know it is a place of heavy iron and thick dust. Our spot is right in the thick of it. We deal with iron and steel every day, and the office is usually a bit of a mess with blueprints and delivery notes scattered around. It is a rough environment and the air always smells like metal and old machinery. We have a few guys who handle the loading and unloading, and the noise from the surrounding units never really stops. It is a practical place where people come to get things done, not for a comfortable chat. We’ve had the same old furniture for years because it doesn't make sense to get anything nice when everything gets covered in grime anyway. Most of our day is spent on the phone or checking the stock in the yard. The trucks coming in and out of Naraina can be a nightmare for traffic, so we are used to delays and short tempers. It’s just how the iron market works. We don't try to make it look like something it isn't. It is just a business where we buy and sell metal and try to keep the orders moving along throughout the week.
