Our office and storage is located at 605/A Chanderlok, right in Gali No-4 on Mandoli Road in Shahdara. Being in Delhi-93, we’re in a pretty packed area, which makes deliveries interesting sometimes because of the narrow lanes. We deal with surgical supplies, mostly moving boxes of equipment to different clinics and hospitals that need them. The office isn't much to look at, just some desks and a lot of filing cabinets for all the invoices we have to keep track of. It gets quite busy here in the mornings when the orders are being packed up for the day. We aren't trying to be some giant corporation; we’re just a local company doing our part in the medical supply chain. The street outside is narrow, so we have to be quick when loading the vans so we don't block traffic. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit to use the computers, but we’re used to it. We keep a lot of stuff in stock so that when someone calls, we usually have what they’re looking for. It’s a lot of manual work, lifting crates and checking lists twice to make sure we didn't miss anything. We’ve been in Shahdara for a long time, so we know the local transporters and the other shop owners on Mandoli Road. It’s just a regular business day for us, making sure the surgical tools get where they need to go without too much fuss or delay.
