Royal Estates Services

Our office is located in the Prakash Ji Building over in Connaught Place. It is right there at MB 4 on Tolstoy Marg, which most people around the Development City Center know fairly well. We have been operating Royal Estates Services from this Gurgaon spot for some time. It is a hectic area, honestly. Finding parking can be a real headache sometimes, so we usually tell people to take the metro if they are coming to see us. We handle a lot of the usual stuff you would expect from a property service in a city center. Dealing with landlords, looking at new developments, and trying to keep track of who is moving where takes up most of our time. The building itself is older, but it is sturdy and puts us right where the action is. We are not a big corporate chain. It is mostly just us sitting at our desks, answering emails and taking calls from people looking for office space or apartments nearby. We drink a lot of tea and spend a lot of time on the phone. Sometimes the paperwork piles up, but we get through it eventually. We have seen Gurgaon grow so fast, and being in this part of town means we see the changes first-hand. It is a lot of work, but we like being in the middle of it all. Nothing fancy, just a local office trying to help people.
