We’ve been over here at Flat D in Vasant Kunj for a while now. It’s just a small spot, 3/3600 to be exact, but it gets the job done. This part of New Delhi stays busy and we are right in the thick of it. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and keeping track of paperwork that piles up faster than we can sort it. Sometimes the printer jams or the tea gets cold before anyone has a chance to drink it, but that is just how things go when you are working on real estate stuff. People come in and out, asking about flats or just wanting to know what is happening in the neighborhood. We don’t have fancy lobby furniture or anything like that. Just some desks and a couple of chairs for whoever stops by. It can get a bit loud with the traffic outside, but you get used to it after a week or two. My cousin helped me set the place up originally. We just wanted a space where we could handle the local property dealings without a lot of fuss. It isn't a huge operation. We know the streets around here pretty well since we spend most of our time walking them or stuck in the local traffic. It is mostly just us trying to keep everything organized and making sure the documents are where they should be when someone needs them. Nothing too complicated.
