Rooman Networks

We are based in Naraina Village, specifically at WZ 711 C. If you know Delhi, you know how busy and cramped it gets around here. Rooman Networks is just a small outfit operating out of this rented space. The building is older, and the stairs are a bit narrow and steep, so carrying equipment up can be a real workout for us. We deal with networking stuff mostly, so there are cables, routers, and boxes everywhere you look. It’s not the tidiest place in the world, but we know where every single tool is kept. The neighborhood is loud with all the shops and traffic nearby, but inside we just focus on the task at hand. We started here because the rent was fair and it’s very close to the main market. Most of the staff takes the metro or rides their motorbikes in every morning. We don't have a big HR department or any fancy lunchroom with a view. Usually, we just order some dal and roti from the dhaba downstairs and eat at our desks while we talk. It’s a simple way to run things. Sometimes the heat in Delhi during June gets to be too much, but the old fans keep us going. We’ve been part of Naraina for many years now. It’s a tight-knit spot and we like the grit of the area. We just come in, fix what needs fixing, and go about our business. It isn’t glamorous work, but it’s honest and we stay busy enough to keep the doors open.
