Rocking Medicine

Our shop, Rocking Medicine, is located at Rzv 25 in Sagar Pur. It’s near the Janakpuri area, so we get a mix of people coming through throughout the day. The name usually makes people smile when they first hear it, but we’re just a regular pharmacy doing our thing. Sagar Pur is one of those places where everyone seems to be in a hurry, with scooters zooming past the front door all day long. Inside the shop, it’s a bit quieter, though the shelves are pretty cramped. We’ve got medicine piled up in almost every corner because the space is quite tight. We spend our mornings checking the latest deliveries and making sure the labels are clear. It’s a lot of standing on your feet and reaching for boxes on the high shelves. We don't have a big staff, so whoever is behind the counter is usually doing three things at once. The floor is a bit worn down from all the foot traffic over the years. We don't bother with fancy displays or neon signs. It’s just a counter, some stools, and a lot of drawers filled with various pills and syrups. Sometimes the neighborhood power goes out and we have to use a torch to find things, which is always a bit of a challenge. We know the local doctors and their handwriting by heart now. It’s just a steady, basic life here in Sagar Pur.
