Relief Medical Systems is tucked away in Rani Bagh, specifically at W. Z. 529 A Sri Nagar Gali No. 1. If you know Shakur Basti, we aren’t too far from there. Gali No. 1 is one of those narrow streets where you have to be careful with your car. Our office is a bit small, but it’s where we do all our planning and paperwork. We handle different kinds of medical systems, mostly the stuff used in smaller clinics. It gets pretty loud outside during the day with all the local shops and people walking by. Inside, we are usually busy with technical manuals or talking to technicians on the phone. It’s a lot of coordination. Sometimes a machine comes back for repairs and that takes up a lot of floor space. We try to keep things tidy but it’s hard when you’re dealing with bulky medical parts. We’ve been in this part of Rani Bagh for years. The neighbors know us as the medical equipment folks. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone like that. It’s just us doing the daily grind. We grab tea from the stall at the corner when things get stressful. It’s an honest way to make a living. We just make sure the systems are ready and the clients are informed. That’s the whole story of our little office here. We just keep things moving.
