Our office is located at number 155 in the Okhla Industrial Estate, Phase-3. This is a very busy part of New Delhi with lots of trucks and small factories everywhere. It’s definitely not a quiet residential street. The building we are in is quite functional and has been here for a long time. We do all our estate work from this one office. It’s not a fancy place with modern furniture or bright lights. It’s just a room with some desks, a computer, and a lot of files stacked up on the shelves. We spend most of our day dealing with the commercial and industrial properties in this area. The 110020 zip code is a big industrial hub, and there is always some kind of activity going on. We drink a lot of tea and talk to people who have businesses nearby. It’s a very down-to-earth environment. We don't use any corporate jargon or try to sound like we are bigger than we are. We’ve been in Okhla for a while and it suits us fine for our daily business tasks.
