You can find our trading business at House Number 3031/1 on Street Number 4 in Ranjit Nagar, New Delhi. This is a very busy neighborhood, and our shop is right in the middle of it. We deal with various types of goods, and our space is always packed with inventory. There are boxes stacked up to the ceiling in some places, which makes it a bit tight to move around. We spend most of our time talking to suppliers and making sure we have what our customers need. The office part is just a small desk in the corner with a computer and a big stack of notebooks. It’s a family business, so we don't have a lot of formal rules. We open up in the morning after the local market starts to wake up. Street Number 4 is always noisy with motorcycles and people walking by, but we are used to it by now. We’ve lived and worked in Ranjit Nagar for a long time. Moving goods in and out of the building is probably the hardest part of the day because the street is so narrow. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements or polished websites. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they’ve been coming to us for years. We just try to keep the stock right and get the orders out to people without making mistakes.
