Rashtriya Ayurveda Vidyapeeth

You can find Rashtriya Ayurveda Vidyapeeth at Dhanwantri Bhavan, which is on Road No. 66 in Punjabi Bagh (W). It’s a pretty quiet building compared to the main roads. We deal with a lot of traditional knowledge and administrative work related to Ayurveda. Most of the day is spent handling papers, talking to students or practitioners, and keeping things organized. The building has a bit of an old-school feel to it, which fits what we do. We aren't a big modern corporate office with glass walls. It’s more about the books and the files we keep. Punjabi Bagh is a nice area to work in, and our spot is easy enough to get to. We have people coming in from different places, usually looking for information or to get their paperwork sorted. It’s a slow and steady kind of environment. We don't do much in the way of loud promotion. We just focus on the task at hand. Sometimes the power goes out or the phones are down, but we just carry on. It’s a place for learning and keeping traditions alive in a practical way. There’s always someone around to answer questions, though we might be busy with filing. We’ve been at this address for quite a long time now. The windows at Dhanwantri Bhavan are a bit high, so we don't see much of the street, but we hear the birds in the morning. We keep a stack of old registers that probably should have been thrown out years ago but they are still there.
