Rashi Realtors is over at B 10/7051 in Vasant Kunj. We’ve been sitting in this same spot for a while now. Most days it’s just us handling the usual paperwork and answering the phone when someone calls about a place in the neighborhood. Vasant Kunj is a busy part of town, but our corner stays relatively quiet compared to the main roads. We don’t have fancy brochures or a huge team of people in suits. It’s mostly just sitting at the desk, looking over floor plans, and talking to neighbors who stop by. Sometimes the internet goes out and we just end up chatting while waiting for it to come back. People find us because they live nearby or they’ve seen our name around. We know where the good spots are and which blocks have issues with water or parking. It is not exactly a high-pressure office. We just do the work that needs doing. When someone needs to rent a place or sell their flat, they come here, we drink some tea, and we go through the details together. It is a slow process sometimes, but that’s how real estate usually goes around here. We aren't trying to change the world, just keeping things moving at our little desk. It’s a small office, nothing too special to look at, but it works for what we do every single day.
