Rar Manpower Solutions

Rar Manpower Solutions is based over in Shop Number 4 on the second floor of the J-Block market. This is in South Niketan, Dakshinpuri. We are really close to the local post office, which is how most folks give us directions when they are coming to visit. Being on the second floor means we get a bit of a view of the market hustle and bustle below. It's a modest shop, honestly. We don't have fancy decorations or glass walls. We just have some tables and chairs where we sit down and talk to people who are looking for work. Manpower is what we do, so there are always people dropping off resumes or asking if there are any new openings. The stairs up to the office are a bit narrow, but once you get inside, it’s a quiet place to chat. Dakshinpuri is a lively area and being near the post office means there is always foot traffic. We help out with finding staff for various roles, and we’ve been doing it from this same spot for a while. Our days are mostly spent on the phone or looking through files. We aren't some big corporate firm with a hundred floors. It’s just us in this small market shop trying to connect people with jobs. It works for us and it seems to work for the people who come to see us. We usually keep some water and biscuits for visitors.
