Rao Estate

Rao Estate is located over in Sector 5, right inside Vardhman Bee Pee Plaza. We are in unit 105, which is in the Chanakyapuri area. It’s a decent-sized office where we handle a lot of the local property stuff for people. Neighbors come in looking for places to rent or maybe a plot of land to buy around here. We’ve been in this building for a bit now, and we know most of the other shop owners and people in the plaza. It’s not a big corporate setup, just a few desks and a lot of maps and papers lying around. We spend most of our time talking to landlords or showing people around different blocks in the neighborhood. Some days are slow, while others have us running around quite a bit from one site to another. It’s just how the real estate business goes in this part of town. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. You just walk in and we sit down to talk about what is currently available. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they saw our sign while visiting the plaza for other errands. We try to keep things honest because this is a small community and everyone knows everyone eventually. Dealing with property can be a headache sometimes with all the documents involved, but we just take it step by step.
