We don't have a huge team at this particular branch, so everyone knows each other. We don't spend any time on fancy presentations or corporate talk. If a problem comes up, we just talk about it and try to fix it. That is the way we have always done things. Most people who come by are surprised that we keep everything so simple, but it works for us. We focus on the tasks we have for the day and try to get home at a decent hour. It is a very straightforward operation. We have our files, our phones, and our work, and that is really all we need to keep things going.
