We run Rana Pratap Security Guards Services out of House No -121 in Harkesh Nagar. This is right in the middle of Okhla Industrial Area Phase-II, so it’s always busy with trucks and workers moving around. Our office is basically a front room in the house where we keep the registers and talk to the men. It’s not a polished corporate headquarters. We deal with guards, which means a lot of checking uniforms and making sure the night shifts are covered. Okhla is a tough area sometimes, but we’ve been here long enough that we know how things work. Most of our time is spent on the phone or talking to people who come looking for a job. We don’t have a website or a fancy logo. We just have a sign outside the house. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, and we just sit outside on the steps until it comes back. It’s a lot of responsibility making sure sites are watched over properly. We have a big map of the local area on the wall with marks where our guys are stationed. We started this because there was a need for reliable people in the industrial phase. It’s honest work, even if it’s tiring.
