You can find Rakshak Securitas (P) Ltd. over in Sector-11. We are in S-208 of the Tirupati Plaza, which is in Pocket-4, Plot No. 11. It sounds like a lot of directions, but once you get to the plaza, it’s easy to find us. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place with some desks and a lot of logbooks. We spend our mornings checking in with everyone and making sure the schedules are set. Sector-11 is a quiet enough area, but the plaza can get busy during lunch hours. We’ve been here long enough that we know the security guards at the main gate and the people running the tea stall downstairs. Running a business like this takes a lot of patience. You have to deal with a lot of different personalities and unexpected issues. We don’t have a big corporate handbook. We just use common sense and try to be fair with everyone. Sometimes we stay late to finish up the paperwork, especially when the end of the month rolls around. The windows in the office look out over the parking lot, and we see the same people every day. It feels like a small community inside this big city. We aren't trying to expand into some giant empire. We just want to do a good job right here where we are. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until night.
