Pibam Pharmaceuticals is tucked away in Rajiv Nagar Extension, over in the Begumpur area. It’s not the busiest part of the city, which suits us just fine. The roads around here can be a bit rough, especially when it rains, but we manage to get by. Our office is a straightforward space. We don’t have any of those modern glass partitions or expensive carpets. It’s just a plain floor with some desks and a lot of filing cabinets. We spend most of our hours looking over the records and making sure the supplies are handled properly. Begumpur has a more relaxed pace than the central parts of Delhi. You see the same faces every day, which is nice. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished image. We just do the work that needs to be done. Sometimes the internet is slow, or the delivery truck gets stuck in traffic, but we just deal with it. It’s a very practical environment. We have a small team, and everyone knows what their job is. There’s no need for big speeches or mission statements. We just show up at Rajiv Nagar Extension and get through the day’s tasks. It’s a modest way of doing business, and it works for us. We just keep things moving and try to be reliable in our own quiet way.
