Rajindra Store

Rajindra Store is at 60, M.M. Janpath. This is a pretty well-known area, and being at number 60 puts us right where a lot of the foot traffic happens. M.M. Janpath is always buzzing with people looking for one thing or another. Our shop is one of many, but we’ve been in this spot for quite a while now. The building is older, and the entrance is just a standard doorway that opens right onto the street. We don’t have a fancy interior designer. The shelves are plain, and the lighting is just what we need to see what we are doing. Rajindra Store is a place where we just handle things as they come. There’s no big mission statement on the wall. We just open up in the morning, sweep the front, and get ready for the day. Sometimes it gets really crowded inside, and you have to squeeze past people to move around. That’s just part of being on Janpath. We hear the sounds of the street all day long—the cars, the people talking, and the general city noise. It’s a lively place to work. We don’t spend money on advertising; we just rely on being here at number 60 and doing our work. It’s a straightforward, local business and we don't try to make it seem like anything else. It works for us and our neighbors.
