Bharti Retail

We are over at House G116A in Raj Nagar-2. This is part of Palam Colony in New Delhi. The pin code is 45. It is a residential kind of area, so the office feels like it is part of the neighborhood. We do retail work here. It involves a lot of checking inventory and talking to suppliers on the phone. The building is just a regular house that has been converted into a workspace. It’s not flashy at all. We have a small kitchen where we make tea and heat up our lunch. The floors are a bit worn down from people walking back and forth all day. Palam is a busy place, especially with the airport nearby, so you hear planes overhead all the time. We don't really have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just do the work that needs to be done. The desks are crowded together. We use a lot of pens and paper still, even with the computers. It feels honest. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a glass building. We just want to make sure the retail side of things runs smoothly. Sometimes the street gets blocked by a delivery truck, and we all have to go out and help the driver navigate. That is just how life is in Raj Nagar. We like it here because it feels like a real community and everyone knows each other.
