Saina Media (Perfect Sourcing )

If you come to Vikram Tower and head up to the 10th floor, you’ll find us at office 1005. Saina Media, or Perfect Sourcing as many people know us, is right in the middle of all the action. The elevators can be a bit slow in the morning because everyone is trying to get to their offices at the same time. Once you get inside our space, it’s a lot of phones ringing and people looking at fabric samples or checking order sheets. Sourcing is a lot of back-and-forth communication. We spend a lot of time talking to suppliers and then checking in with clients to make sure everything is on track. It’s not a quiet place. There are stacks of magazines and trade papers everywhere because we need to stay informed about what’s happening in the industry. The desks are usually covered in notes and coffee mugs. We’ve been in this building for a while now, so we know the other people on the floor. It feels like a small community. Sometimes we’re packing up samples to send out, and other times we’re hosting meetings in the small conference room. It’s a lot of coordination. We don't have a lot of decorations on the walls; we mostly just have charts and calendars to keep track of deadlines. It’s a practical office for people who have a lot of work to get through every single day.
