Pustakwala

If you find yourself over at Aggarwal Millenium Tower-2 in Netaji Subhash Place, you will find us at unit 1275. It is Pitam Pura, so things are always pretty busy around here. Pustakwala is basically just a place full of books and stacks of papers. We have shelves everywhere, and sometimes they get a bit disorganized when we are really busy during the school season. People come in looking for specific textbooks or maybe something for their upcoming exams. The tower is huge, but once you get inside our space, it is just rows of books and the smell of paper. We spend our days sorting through new deliveries and helping people find what they need. It is not exactly a quiet library vibe; it is more of a working shop where students and office workers drop by. Sometimes we run out of space for all the stock coming in, and we have to pile things on the floor. The elevators in the building can be a bit slow during the lunch hours when everyone is heading out at the same time. We do not have any fancy displays or anything like that. It is mostly just practical shelving and us behind the counter. We’ve been in this spot for a bit, and we know many of the regulars who work in the other offices nearby. If someone needs a book and we have it, we pull it off the shelf and get them on their way.
