Rado Battery Company

Rado Battery Company is tucked away in Galli Number 4 over in the Badichi Allauddin area of Motia Khan. It is a narrow street, so it can be a bit of a squeeze if you are bringing a vehicle, but we’ve managed for years. We deal mostly with lead-acid batteries and some of the newer types for vehicles and home inverters. The shop has that distinct smell of lead and acid, which you get used to after a while. My father started this business a long time ago, and I just took over. We don't have a fancy showroom or a reception desk. It is mostly just stacks of batteries and a workbench where we test things. The floor is a bit stained from all the work we do, but that’s just the nature of the battery business. People from all over Motia Khan come to us because they know we won’t give them any nonsense about their old batteries. We try to fix things if we can before telling someone they need to buy a whole new unit. It is hard work, lifting those heavy blocks all day, but it keeps us busy. We don't use any big advertisements or have a shiny sign. Word of mouth has always been enough for us in this neighborhood. If you find your way down Galli Number 4, you’ll see us working away in the back. It’s just a plain, hardworking place.
