Down in Bagdola Village, at No. 136/2, you’ll find us. We’re in Dwarka, specifically Sector-8. Radhika Flour & Spice Pvt. Ltd. is a long name for what is really just a group of us working with ingredients every day. The smell of the spices usually tells you you're close before you even see the sign. It’s a bit of a traditional way of doing things, even though we’re a private limited company on paper. We don't have any polished speeches about what we do. We just grind the flour and mix the spices. The village atmosphere is still there even though Dwarka has grown up so much around us. Sector-8 is busy, but Bagdola has its own pace. We try to keep our machinery in good shape so we don't have any downtime. It’s a lot of physical work, lifting bags and checking the quality by hand. We don’t use any fancy marketing tricks. If the spice is good, people come back. That’s how it’s always been for us at 136/2. Our team is small, mostly local people who have been with us for years. We know the regulars and we know which days are going to be the busiest. It’s a simple life, focused on the smells and textures of the products we handle every single day. There’s always something to do here, and we just get on with it.
