Punyansh Foundation

Over at House No. 132 in Roshan Vihar-II, we’ve set up the Punyansh Foundation. It’s a regular house in a regular neighborhood in Delhi 110043. We chose this spot because it’s where we live and where we know the people. We aren't a big organization with a lot of money. Most of what we do comes from our own pockets or small donations from people nearby. We spend our days looking at local problems and trying to find small ways to fix them. It might be helping a kid with school stuff or making sure an older person gets their medicine. We don’t have a big staff, so everyone does a bit of everything. One day I might be cleaning the office, and the next day I’m meeting with local officials. It’s a bit unorganized at times, but we manage to get things done eventually. The neighborhood is quiet compared to some parts of Delhi, which is nice for getting work done. We like to sit outside sometimes and just talk to the people walking by. It helps us stay in touch with what people actually need instead of just guessing from inside an office. We aren’t trying to be anything we’re not. We’re just local residents trying to be helpful in our own small way. It’s simple work, but it keeps us busy.
