Project Engineer

Munirka is a very busy part of New Delhi, and that is where you will find our small office at 401 Budhvihar. Being a project engineer in a place like Delhi 67 means you have to be ready for anything to change at a moment's notice. The streets outside are always crowded with people, and there is a lot of energy in the air. My workspace is pretty simple, just enough room for a desk, a chair, and some project files piled up in the corner. I spend a lot of my time coordinating with different people across the city to make sure these projects stay on track and do not fall behind. It involves a lot of travel on the metro or through the local traffic, which can be a real headache on some days. I do not have a big team behind me, so I end up doing a little bit of everything myself. From checking the site measurements to filing the necessary paperwork with the local government offices, it is all just part of the daily grind. The building at Budhvihar is an okay place to work, though it can get a bit loud with the neighbors and the constant street noise. I like the challenge of making things work in such a cramped and fast-moving city like Delhi. It is not about being the biggest company; it is just about getting the engineering part right so the project succeeds. I take it one day at a time.
