If you head down to Okhla Phase 1, you’ll find us at Plot No. A282. It’s a busy industrial area, so there are trucks and people moving around at all hours. We’ve been here for a while, and the office is pretty much what you’d expect for a security firm in this part of Delhi. It’s functional, a bit cramped sometimes when the guards come in for their briefings, but it serves us well. We don't go in for fancy decorations or expensive furniture. Most of our budget goes into making sure our people have what they need to do their jobs out in the field. Okhla is a tough place to navigate sometimes with all the traffic, but being centrally located in Phase 1 helps us reach our clients quickly. We spend our days looking over duty rosters, checking in on different sites, and making sure everyone is following the basic rules. It’s not glamorous work, but it’s necessary. We know most of the other business owners on this block. We have tea at the same stalls and deal with the same power cuts. It’s a community of workers. We aren't here to promise the world; we just provide the security people need without making a big fuss about it. We stay busy, we stay local, and we keep things moving as best as we can every single day. It’s just how we operate.
