We are located at Plot No Ta-1B in Baljit Nagar. It’s on the first floor, so we have to carry everything up and down the stairs. The shop is very close to the Shiv Mandir, which makes it easy for people to find us if they know the area. Baljit Nagar is a crowded spot, and the lanes are narrow, so getting deliveries in can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We trade various items and our day is mostly spent checking inventory and talking to suppliers. The floor is concrete and we have simple metal shelves for all our stock. It’s a practical setup. There’s no air conditioning, just a few ceiling fans that we keep running during the summer months. You can hear the temple bells in the morning and evening, which is quite nice actually. We’ve got a small desk near the window where we handle the paperwork. It gets quite bright in the afternoons. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us making sure everything runs okay. It’s a regular trading business without any bells or whistles. People come in, ask for what they need, and we see if we have it in the back. Sometimes the street gets blocked by a cart or a truck, and everything stops for a bit. That's just part of life here in this part of town. We just keep things moving as best we can.
