Our place is located at 111/9 on Aruna Asaf Ali Road, right in the Kishangarh area near Vasant Kunj. It’s a busy spot in Delhi, and we spend most of our time dealing with the apartments and houses around here. People come in looking for a room or a small flat because it's close to everything they need. We have a lot of keys hanging on the wall and folders piled up on the desk in no particular order. It’s just how it goes when you’re dealing with real estate in this part of the city. We know the local landlords and the people who have lived here for years. It isn’t always easy finding the right match for a tenant, but we do what we can with what's available. Sometimes the traffic outside is so bad it makes it hard to hear, but we keep the door open anyway to let some air in. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who know the lanes and blocks by heart. Most people find us by seeing the sign when they're stuck in traffic on the main road. We help with the rental agreements and make sure the paperwork is sorted out so there aren't issues later. It's a lot of walking around to show properties, especially when the Delhi heat is really hitting hard. We just try to be practical about what’s available and what the prices are doing this month in the neighborhood.
