We are situated in the Vardhman Fashion Mall at LSC Road No. 43, right near Bhagwan Mahaveer Hospital in Pitampura. Being in a mall is a bit different than a regular office block, but it works for us. We are at units 114 and 115. Most of what we do involves surgical equipment and hospital supplies. It’s convenient being so close to a major hospital because we see a lot of people from the medical field passing by. Our space is filled with various medical devices and tools, and it often looks a bit like a storeroom. We don’t have any slick decorations or a fancy reception area. It’s just a place where we do business, answer emails, and check on our stock. The mall can be quite busy on weekends, but during the week it’s mostly just us and the other shop owners. We usually grab a quick bite at one of the food stalls downstairs when we have a break. We’ve been running Gem Surg Equipments for a while now without much fuss. We don't believe in using big words to describe what we do. We just supply equipment to those who need it and try to keep our customers happy. It’s a practical job and we take it one day at a time, making sure the orders are accurate and packed well. It’s a good enough way to spend the day.
