Naiwala is a crowded place. If you’ve ever been to Karol Bagh, you know how it is. We are at 1, 1293, right in the thick of things. The office isn't much to look at, just a place where we get the work done. We deal with various goods and trade, and the phones are usually ringing off the hook. Most days, we’re just trying to keep up with the orders and making sure everything is loaded onto the trucks correctly. The narrow lanes here make logistics a bit of a nightmare, especially when the big delivery vans try to squeeze through. It’s noisy outside from all the bikes and people shouting, but inside we just focus on the paperwork. We have a small team here. Some of us have been around since the beginning, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot. The chai wala downstairs knows our order by heart now. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations because there’s always something else to do. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, and we just sit and wait or talk. It’s just how it is in this part of town. We handle a lot of international stuff, though the name might sound a bit funny to some. It’s practical work. We pack things, we check the lists, and we send them out. It isn't glamorous, but it keeps us busy from morning until late evening. Every day is pretty much the same routine of sorting out shipments.
