Persuing Training

Down here in West Patel Nagar, specifically in K Block, things move at a pretty fast pace. Our place, Persuing Training, is at number 4. It’s a typical Delhi neighborhood where everyone knows everyone else’s business. We’ve been here for a bit, and the space is mostly filled with chairs and a few whiteboards that have seen better days. It isn’t a high-end institute with air conditioning that actually works all the time. Sometimes it gets a bit stuffy, so we just open the windows and deal with the noise from the street. There’s a lot of back-and-forth here, people coming in to learn and others just stopping by to chat. We don't have a rigid way of doing things. If someone needs help with a specific part of their training, we just pull up a stool and talk through it. The walls have some old posters and a few stains from where we moved the furniture around last year. It’s an honest place. We aren't pretending to be some massive corporation. We’re just a local spot in Patel Nagar where people can come to get their training hours in. We usually eat lunch together at one of the stalls nearby, which is probably the highlight of the day. It’s just a simple, functional room where we try to make sure everyone understands what they’re supposed to be doing and gets what they need to finish their tasks. It is what it is for us here.
