Periyar-Aoc College Of Commerce

Periyar-Aoc College Of Commerce is tucked into the Institutional Area of Jasola Vihar. We are right opposite Sarita Vihar and very close to the Apollo Hospital. If you are coming by the Delhi Metro, the Jasola station is just a short walk away, which is how most of our students get here. Being in such a busy part of Delhi means there is always noise from the traffic and the trains nearby. The college focuses on commerce, so you will see a lot of students carrying thick accounting books and calculators. Our office is usually a bit cluttered with paperwork and files because there is always something to register or check. We have a very diverse group of people coming in every day from different parts of the city. The building is simple and doesn't have much in the way of decoration. We just care about having enough chairs and working lights in the classrooms. Sometimes the lift acts up or the Delhi heat makes the rooms stuffy, but we just deal with it. We don't have a mission statement on the wall; we just have a timetable that we try to follow. Most of the staff has been here for years and we know the local chai vendors and shops well. It is just a regular place for people to study commerce in a busy corner of the capital.
