Our office is tucked away in the Vardhaman Indraprastha Plaza in Patparganj. We have a few units there, specifically numbers 321, 323, and 328 on Plot No. 9, L. S. C. 2. Being in a plaza means we share the space with a lot of other businesses—lawyers, accountants, and other small traders. The elevators are often slow, so we end up taking the stairs more than we’d like. Inside the units, it’s a mix of desks and storage. We have a lot of medical equipment coming in and out, so the hallways can get a bit blocked with crates sometimes. The air conditioning is a bit temperamental, sometimes it’s too cold and other times it barely works, so there's always someone complaining about the temperature. We have a small pantry where we make tea, and it’s usually the heart of the office. Patparganj is a busy area, and finding parking for the staff is a daily struggle. We don’t have a big corporate sign or anything like that, just our name on the door. Most of our day is spent on computers or checking the stock in the back rooms. It’s a lot of routine work, and we’ve all grown used to the hum of the plaza. We’ve been here for a good amount of time, and the staff knows each other well, which makes the long hours a bit easier to handle. It's just a regular workplace for us.
