Himtaj Medicare

Himtaj Medicare is situated in the Patparganj Industrial Area, specifically at 244 on the ground floor in F.I.E. Being in an industrial area means it’s a very different environment than a regular office block. There are factories and warehouses all around us, so there is always the sound of trucks and machinery in the distance. Our space is quite large because we need the room for storing various medical goods. The floor is concrete, and we have high ceilings. It stays relatively cool inside, which is good during the Delhi summers. We have a small partitioned area for the office work, with a couple of old desks and a printer that occasionally jams. The staff here are mostly guys who handle the loading and unloading. We get a lot of shipments in every week, so there is always something to unpack or move around. The Patparganj area is quite dusty, so we are constantly cleaning the surfaces. We usually eat lunch together in the back area. There isn’t much in the way of scenery, just other industrial buildings and the main road. We don't have a fancy showroom. If people come to see us, they usually come to pick up an order or talk about a delivery. It’s a hardworking place where we just focus on the logistics of the medical supplies. We start early and usually finish up when the last truck leaves for the day.
