You can find us over at No. 2/6 on the third floor. We are right on Patel Road in West Patel Nagar. Being on the third floor means we get a bit of a view of the traffic moving along the main road, though we are usually too busy to look out much. We handle different kinds of medical systems and technology. The office is filled with manuals, spare parts, and desks covered in paperwork. It’s not the kind of place that looks like a showroom. It is more of a working hub where we coordinate everything. Usually, there are three or four of us around, making calls or testing out a piece of equipment to make sure it’s running right. The stairs are a bit steep, so we are used to the climb every morning. Lunch usually happens at our desks while we talk about what needs to be delivered next. We have a lot of crates coming in and going out, mostly specialized stuff for clinics. It can get a little loud with the road noise, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We don't have a big reception area or anything. People who come to see us usually know exactly what they are looking for. It is a very practical setup. We just try to stay organized and keep the machines moving to where they are needed. Every evening, we shut down the computers and head back down to the street.
