Pasupat Security Service

Our office is located on the second floor of the Meer Singh Complex in Kapashera. Being right near the State Bank of India makes it easier for people to find us, though you have to climb a few flights of stairs. Pasupat Security Service is not a huge operation. It’s just a group of local men who work as guards for the businesses and warehouses around this part of Delhi. I started this place after working as a watchman myself for many years. I figured I knew the job well enough to run my own small crew. We don't have a receptionist or anyone to answer the phones with a script. Usually, it’s just me or one of the supervisors sitting at a desk covered in shift schedules. The Meer Singh Complex is always a bit busy and dusty, but it’s a good central spot for us. We don't have fancy uniforms with gold trim; we just wear what’s practical for standing outside in the sun or the cold. Most of our guys live right here in Kapashera or nearby. We don't make any big claims about being the most advanced. We just show up when we are supposed to and make sure the doors stay locked. It is hard work, especially during the monsoon when everything gets wet, but we just keep at it. People know they can find us if there’s a problem.
