Our office is 504 in the Bhikaji Cama Bhawan. If you know Delhi at all, you know Bhikaji Cama Place is a hectic spot to be. It is all tall buildings and a lot of people rushing around in South Delhi. We are right in the middle of all that noise. Our floor is usually pretty busy with people coming in for different training modules throughout the week. It is a standard office setup, nothing too flashy, just some desks, chairs, and plenty of files stacked up. We have been running the institute here for a while, and the location helps because it is easy to get to by the bus or the metro. We do not spend much money on advertising or trying to look like a big corporate firm. Most of the time, we are just busy organizing the next set of classes or talking to people about their career goals. It is a practical place to work. We deal with real problems and try to give people the tools they need to fix them. Sometimes the elevators in the building take forever to arrive, which is a bit of a pain, but we have gotten used to it over the years. The team here is small, and we all end up doing a bit of everything. Whether it is answering the phone or cleaning up after a session, we just get it done ourselves. It is a good feeling to be part of the South Delhi business scene without being too stuffy about it.
