Parhit Welfare Foundation

You can find Parhit Welfare Foundation over at 128/46 in the Cdk Srivasta part of Kidwai Nagar. It’s in one of the older blocks, so the buildings have that lived-in look to them. Our office is on the ground floor, which makes it easy for people to stop by without climbing a bunch of stairs. The street outside can get a bit muddy when it rains, so we’re always telling people to wipe their feet at the door. Inside, it’s mostly just desks and a lot of filing cabinets that don’t always close right. We’ve been here for a while now, and the walls are covered in old calendars and notes we’ve stuck up. It’s not a fancy corporate office. We don’t have a coffee machine, just a small stove in the corner for making tea. Most days it’s pretty busy with people coming in and out, talking about this and that. We try to keep things moving, but sometimes we just end up sitting around and chatting for longer than we should. It’s a friendly place, though. The neighbors from the other apartments in the block are always popping their heads in to see what’s going on. We’ve got a little window that looks out onto the alley, and that’s about it for a view. It’s just where we work and where we spend our days. Nothing more to it than that, really.
