You can find us at 61 Panchkuian Road on the second floor. This is a very central part of New Delhi, known for all the furniture shops and being so close to Connaught Place. Pardos Realtors Private Limited is just a few of us working out of this older building. The stairs are a bit steep and the building has been around for a long time, but it works for us. The area is always noisy with the sound of cars and the market below, but we have gotten used to it over the years. Our office is a plain space with some desks and a lot of paper everywhere. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy stuff for us. We just handle the property work as it comes in. Working in Central Delhi means we are often running around to different sites or meeting people at government offices for paperwork. It can be exhausting with the heat and the traffic, but it is just part of the job. We don't try to sound more professional than we are. We are just regular people trying to help other people find a decent place to live or work. Sometimes we make mistakes or things get delayed, but we always try to be honest about it. It is a practical, no-nonsense way of running a business in the middle of a very busy city like Delhi.
