Parasnath Realtech Private Limited is situated at 117B on the first floor of Somdutt Chamber-1. This is over in Bhikaji Cama Place, which is a pretty well-known commercial area. Being on the first floor is quite convenient because we don't have to wait for the elevators if we are in a hurry. The office is a basic workspace where we handle all the activities for Parasnath Realtech Private Limited. It is a bit of a maze in Somdutt Chambers if you are new to the building, but you get the hang of it quickly. Our day-to-day routine is mostly about staying on top of the various files and keeping track of our schedules. It’s a busy atmosphere with a lot of other offices nearby, so there is always some noise from the corridors. We have a few desks and a couple of cabinets for all the folders we need to keep. We don’t go in for anything too polished; it’s just a practical place to get work done. We drink a lot of tea and try to keep the clutter to a minimum, though it doesn't always stay that way by Friday. The address at 117B is where we are most of the time, just working away at the tasks on our plates. It’s a regular job in a regular part of the city for us.
