Pal Surgicals

Pal Surgicals is located at A-220 Street No. 5, right across from the old soap factory in Kabir Nagar. That factory is a good landmark because people often get lost looking for Street No. 5. We’ve been operating from this small space for quite some time now. It’s mostly boxes and surgical instruments piled up in here. We spend a lot of time checking orders and making sure the labels are right before things head out. It's a bit of a tight squeeze when we get new stock in, but we make it work. Kabir Nagar is a lively place to be. You can hear the noise from the street all day. We mostly talk to hospital staff and local clinics who need basic supplies. Sometimes the power goes out for an hour or two, so we just sit and wait it out. It’s a simple operation we have going. No fancy office furniture or big reception desk. Just some desks and a lot of steel tools. We know most of the people on our street. It feels like a community here. We take our time with the work because mistakes with surgical gear aren't good. Usually, someone is here from early morning until late evening. It’s just how the days go for us at Pal Surgicals. We don't change things up much around here because the current way works fine for us.
