At Pacer Secure Services Pvt. Ltd., we operate out of Office No. 2 in Block X, which is in New Roshanpura in Najafgarh. Najafgarh is a place with a lot of character and it can get pretty hectic with the traffic and the local markets. Our office is right in the thick of it. We do security work, which means we spend a lot of our time recruiting and training people to work as guards. It’s a straightforward business. We look for people who are honest and don't mind standing for long hours. Most of our work comes from local businesses and residential areas nearby that want a little extra peace of mind. The office is small and sometimes it gets a bit crowded when a lot of people come in to apply for work at the same time. We don't have any polished marketing slogans to tell you. We just know the area of New Roshanpura well and we know what kind of security people around here are looking for. We deal with the day-to-day problems like people not showing up or someone needing a guard at the last minute. It's just a lot of logistics and talking to people on the phone. We’ve been in Block X for a while and we’re just a part of the local scene now, trying to do our part in the community and helping folks out.
