If you’re driving down Shstripuram Road in Agra, you’ll find us at 238 Paschimpuri. We’ve got a shop full of computers, cables, and parts scattered around. It’s a bit of a mess sometimes, especially when we have three or four repairs going on at once, but that’s just how a computer shop should be. We deal with everything from dusty fans that have stopped spinning to machines that won't turn on for no apparent reason. We aren't one of those shiny showrooms where everything is behind glass. Here, you can usually see us working on a motherboard or trying to recover someone’s lost photos right at the counter. Agra can get pretty dusty, so we spend a fair amount of time just cleaning out machines. We know the people in Paschimpuri well; they bring us their laptops when they spill chai on them or when the kids break the screen. We don't have a fancy system for everything. We just write down what’s wrong on a slip of paper and get to work. It’s a small operation, just a few of us who know our way around a circuit board. We like the local vibe here. It’s about being helpful and getting people back online so they can get back to their own work. We just take it one computer at a time and see how it goes.
